The hostel was walking distance from most things in Krakow, and very close to Krakow Glowny station. It is very comfortable with a kitchen and free cereal and pasta. The lockers are too small for large bags, but you go through two locked doors to get in so the place is very secure. The hostel is nice and quiet and the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped us figure out how to book bus tickets for Auschwitz and recommended fun things to see. Can’t get better for the price!
Great hostel, staff are very nice as long as you're a considerate guest. Not a good idea to get on their bad side. Also an important side note the hostel is not attended to during the night after 23:00.
Can't believe for how cheap you pay for what you get. A brilliant location, very nice staff and great facalities. :) Staff reccomened me to do the free walking tours that made my stay in Krakow that extra bit special. Would definitely stay again!
This hostel was so comfortable and kind! Everyone that we interacted with during our stay was so helpful and welcoming. They made planning activities in a new city fun and easy! Also gave great recommendations for places to eat. The location was also perfect. When first arriving we were offset that the hostel was in an apartment building, but that made it so much more cozy and charming! Also the location right in the city center was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend or even stay again!
The staff were very nice, although there were a few points that they misinformed us about.. First, the method of transport to the airport is temporarily (as of at least 14/2/18) not a train but a bus, which caused some confusion, and secondly, it is, logistically speaking, possible to do Auschwitz and the Salt Mines in one day. The overall vibe of the Hostel is warm and safe. It is a relatively small place, and has a well stocked kitchen.
The two large dorms weren’t my cup of tea. Shower room had two showers in it but because they were both in the same room, once you lock the door it becomes the only shower available. Aga was a nice woman but did have some mood problems. The guy working there was super nice. Wifi was the worst I’ve ever encountered. Right next to the market and about 5 minutes from the main square and a supermarket(Biedronka).
I had booked this hostel for my friend who moved from Warsaw to krakow and when I went to drop him to this place it gives me a nice feeling because hostel amenities were perfect and amazing , rooms were so big n well maintain n clean , professional staff and location of this hostel is amazing because you are in center of all tourist attractions and 5 mins walk to main train station along with galeria krakow and would highly recommend for a short or long stay and top of that price is really affordable and valve of your money
I stayed here for 3 nights and apart from snoring Russian ladies and smelly feet it was all perfect. The floor in bath, kitchen and toilets get's cleaned very morning. Staff is very nice and Aga (very sweet girl) will help you with everything (organizing tours to Auschwitz) and knows lots of good places for eating Polish food.
There is no way to get in touch with staff in case of an emergency. They leave the premises for the night (which is fine) but if you really need them you can't get in contactLocation is amazing. Beautiful balcony area outside. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Facilities are clean and well looked after. Excellent visit. Would definitely go back
Clean, friendly and comfortable hostel. I like there a lot. Receptionist (Agata) was so helpful and friendly. All places were so clean and cheap prices. I felt like i was at home. I highly recommend there.
